“Crunchyroll delays English dubs for My Hero Academia, Vinland Saga Season 2, and 16 other anime

As winter storms continue to ravage many parts of the United States, the city of Dallas, Texas has not been spared from its devastating effects. The inclement weather has led to many accidents and injuries, with more than 290 car crashes and 24 hypothermia calls responded to by MedStar, as well as 47 injuries due to individuals slipping on ice, according to The Dallas Morning News.

One of the consequences of the storm is the delay of several upcoming episodes of English dubbed anime shows, including popular titles like My Hero Academia, Trigun Stampede, and Blue Lock, as Crunchyroll’s Dallas office is the central production hub for the company’s English dubbing of licensed anime.

Fans of these shows have expressed their disappointment over the delay, but many have also expressed their understanding of the situation and have sent their well-wishes to the people affected by the harsh winter storm. As of now, there is no news yet on when the delayed episodes will be released, but Crunchyroll has assured fans that they are doing their best to minimize the delay and ensure the safety and well-being of their staff.
