Demon Slayer anime announced new English dub cast and released a new trailer

“Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” is an anime series that premiered in April 2019 and ran for a total of 26 episodes. The series is licensed by Aniplex of America and is available for streaming on various platforms, including Hulu, Crunchyroll, and FunimationNow. The series also aired on Adult Swim’s Toonami programming block on October 12.

The anime series has been a huge success, and it is set to receive a sequel anime film. Haruo Sotozaki, who has previously directed anime such as “Tales of Zestiria the X” and “Tales of Symphonia the Animation,” directed the television anime at ufotable. The studio was also responsible for the scripts, while Akira Matsushima served as the character designer, with Miyuki Satō, Yōko Kajiyama, and Mika Kikuchi as sub-character designers. The music for the series was composed by Yuki Kajiura and Gō Shiina, and Hikaru Kondo produced the series.

The success of “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” has not been limited to the anime series alone. The original manga series, which debuted in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in February 2016, has also been a huge success. Viz Media is publishing the main manga digitally and in print, and Shueisha recently released the manga’s 19th compiled book volume.

The popularity of “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” has also led to a stage play adaptation in Japan. The play ran in Tokyo at the Tennōzu Ginga Gekijō from January 18-26, and in Hyogo prefecture at the AiiA 2.5 Theater Kobe from January 31-February 2. Overall, “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” has become a massive cultural phenomenon and has won the hearts of fans all around the world.
