Hunter x Hunter manga returns this month

After a hiatus of almost four years, fans of the Hunter x Hunter manga by Yoshihiro Togashi will finally be able to read a new chapter, set to be released on October 23, 2022. This news was first revealed by Togashi himself on his Twitter account in May, where he stated that production on the manga had resumed. The return of the manga has been highly anticipated by fans of the series, which has been known to go on extended hiatus periods over the years.

To celebrate the upcoming release, Shonen Jump, the publisher of the manga, has added the previous chapters of Hunter x Hunter to its digital vault, so fans can re-read the series ahead of the launch of the new chapters. Additionally, the new chapter will receive a “simulpub” release, meaning it will be released in English at the same time as its Japanese counterpart. This will allow fans all over the world to read the new chapter as soon as it’s released.

Hunter x Hunter is a highly popular manga series that was first published in 1998 in Shonen Jump magazine. The story follows the adventures of Gon Freecss, a young boy who aspires to become a Hunter, just like his father. Along the way, he meets other hunters and makes new friends, but also faces numerous challenges and dangers.
