“Demon Slayer” has been a runaway success since its debut in 2019, quickly becoming one of the most popular anime series of the new generation. Its gripping storyline, memorable characters, and stunning visuals have captured the hearts of fans around the world. The series follows the journey of Tanjiro Kamado, a young boy who becomes a demon slayer to save his sister, who has been turned into a demon.
Now, the eagerly awaited third season of “Demon Slayer” is finally here, and it promises to be bigger and better than ever before. The new season picks up where the second season left off, with the Swordsmith Village Arc. This arc takes place just a few days after the conclusion of the Entertainment District Arc and follows Tanjiro as he travels to the legendary swordsmith’s village in search of a new Nichirin sword.
The Swordsmith Village Arc is the ninth arc of the manga, and it features two of the main Hashiras, Mist Hashira Muichiro Tokito, and Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji. The arc will also introduce Upper Moon 4, Hantengu, and Upper Moon 5, Gyokko, two of the Twelve Kizuki. Meanwhile, Muzan, the series’ main antagonist, will retaliate for the deaths of two of his Upper Moons, Daki and Gyutaro, in season 2 by sending an army of demons to attack Tanjiro and the Hashiras.
While the Swordsmith Village Arc promises plenty of action, drama, and suspense, fans have been eagerly anticipating its release date and streaming options. Many were hoping that “Demon Slayer” season 3 would be available on Netflix, which has been a popular streaming platform for anime series. However, it has been confirmed that Netflix will not be streaming the new season, despite having all the previous seasons available.
Fortunately, fans will still be able to watch “Demon Slayer” season 3 on other streaming platforms, including Crunchyroll. According to the official announcement, Crunchyroll will be streaming the new season, as well as the theatrical release of the Swordsmith Village Arc. The new episodes will be released on a weekly basis, with international viewers able to watch both dubbed and subtitled versions of the series.
While the dubbed version will take some time to arrive, the subbed version will be available as soon as the episode is released. In the meantime, fans can catch up on the previous seasons of “Demon Slayer” on Netflix in select regions around the world or on Crunchyroll, the official streaming platform for the series. Whether you’re a die-hard fan of the series or just starting to watch it, “Demon Slayer” season 3 promises to be an epic adventure that you won’t want to miss.
